Blanket swipe of the reflection code from Plugins to detect the name of a theme class when loaded. This eliminates the need for you to include a <class> tag in your XML info file (though you can still specify it to skip the reflection step).
 
This should be consolidated with the code from Plugins and moved into Pluggable, but one step at a time.

First off, treat empty elements (like an IMG tag) the same as opening elements.
 
Second, add the src and alt attributes as valid for the IMG tag.
 
Third, rewrite the conditional that determined if an attribute was valid - it wasn't checking whether an attribute was in the global whitelist properly and was only validating attributes against the element-specific whitelist.

After InputFilter::filter() is run on all the fields of the comment, decode entities again and strip all tags from the name field - there's no reason for there to be any HTML in there.

THIS COMMIT WILL BREAK YOUR THEMES. Themes now require <class>Classname</class> in the theme XML that matches the class name in the theme.php. Core themes have been updated, and any other theme that has not been updated as such will be marked legacy. Defining
THEME_CLASS in theme.php is not longer necessary and in fact will do nothing, so it has been removed from core themes.
 
Theme class names need to be unique, at least between the theme being deactivated and the one being activated.
 
All of this is to make r4852 work (to close ticket #1258) so that themes (and plugins) can react to the activation and deactivation of themes. For example, a theme can now register action_theme_activated() to create some content or blocks at activation.
 
For the time being refer to r4852, until the documentation is updated with these hooks.

Make RequestProcessor an abstract class instead of an interface so it can contain the standard variables and methods that all processors need - getting headers and body, handling executed or not, etc.

This is the mostly-untested rewrite of SocketRequestProcessor I've been meaning to commit for quite some time. It does away with all the manual socket handling, which is totally pointless and handled by PHP's sockets just fine.

Make it a little more clear how we're "throttling" session writes and change the timing. Within 120 seconds of session expiration was a bit too close. Let's only throttle the write if it's more than half the session lifetime away.
 
Also, allow plugins to change the session lifetime by hooking the session_lifetime filter.
 
Note this changes the name of the garbage probability filter from 'gc_probability' to 'session_gc_probability' for clarity.

Use Plugins::act_id() rather than Plugins::act() for action_init_theme. This way, by default, a theme's initialization will run only for itself, not every time a theme is created (for example, wherever a comment form is used). If a theme wants to initialize any theme, it'll have to use action_init_theme_any. Prevents re-registering any filters that are set in action_init_theme, especially Format filters.

Remove a @todo that's not relevant anymore - we use HabariDateTime, so the values you can pass in are significantly more flexible and should always be converted to a SQL format string.

Put the block css logic into Block (duh).  Output $block->css_classes to get the classes that apply to the block.  Add classes to the block data by adding values (string or array) to the block object.  Filter the block classes via the plugin hook filter_block_classes, which gets the preconstructed class list and the block instance.
