1. Remind strongly all people who sign up as speakers that Podcamps

obey the law of two feet. If you offer nothing of value, people can,

will, and should walk out. Feel free to pitch, but you'll be pitching

to an empty room.



2. Do NOT have a panel moderate speaker sessions. Instead, put up a

survey using Google Docs, SurveyMonkey, or the survey tool of your

choice, and allow EVERYONE to choose what to have if you are space

constrained. This preserves the democratic nature of Podcamp while

helping with space considerations.
